Mitchell House Xmas Party 2023

MH 23.2The Club was delighted to end activities for the year by again providing the traditional Christmas party on December 15 for 30 Junior School children from Mitchell House.

It followed the well-tried formula with entertainment from Magic George and a visit from Santa and was another huge success exemplified by the laughs, squeals of delight and beams on the children's faces. Magic George entertained with his juggling, wayward monkey puppet, whose various tricks were met with huge acclaim from the children, to say nothing of the staff and Rotarians present!

MH 23.4MH 23.1The Club greatly thank Past President Mark for organising the party and the "unseen hero" PP Brian Clements who not only with his wife Rosie organised the drinks, crisps and presents and packed them in bags but also doubled up as a special guest appearance with a close resemblance to Santa! The Club greatly thanks PP Mark for organising the party.
