Club at the Linen Lounge

4.DinersBtweenCourses24 members and partners had a most enjoyable evening Thursday 22 November at the latest Grub Club event in The Linen Lounge, Belfast Metropolitan College. The 3 course menu ranged from ranged from Noodle soup, Parfait, Quail and Kedgeree to Pigeon, Tortellini, Hake and Pork Wellington all finished off with a delightful selection of desserts with complimentary wine, tea and coffee.

Plenty of fellowship and chat completed this most successful and convivial event. Thanks are extended to the supervisors and the students of the cookery, bakery and hospitality courses and PP Alan Rundle for organising the evening. PP Alan notes that this fantastic value evening was booked out very quickly.
