President Steven was delighted to exchange banners with Rotarian Paul Tumusime, Rotary Club of Katende, Kampala, Uganda on Tuesday morning 03 October in the Ramada Inn hotel as he was unable to attend a Club meeting. He was in Belfast his wife and child to attend a conference.
